Our Product In Action series continues with Sushi Zanmai restaurant in downtown Boulder, CO. Zanmai has some of the best sushi in Boulder and a great atmosphere – complete with weekend karaoke and killer happy hour specials. If you’re ever there, be sure to check out the mussels appetizer and the firecracker sushi rolls. Both are absolutely stunning!
Zanmai uses a Turbo Air Mega Top prep table to prep salads during lunch and other veggies for the dinner rush. This prep table has saved them both on space and prep time since they used to pull product from undercounter refrigerators and put it in ice baths in food pans. The prep table is a much more efficient solution.
