    Get to know your top 20%…the 80/20 rule applies in all businesses. Identify your top 20% of customers, who control 80% of your business, and make sure you increase the service you provide to each of them. These are your raving fans. They work for you, cheering you on and sharing what you do so well to your future customers. By increasing your fan base you increase the 20% which can drive your growth in a healthy, affordable way.
