The National Restaurant Association is currently conducting its annual survey of expenses, revenue, and profits in the restaurant industry. The NRA uses this information to compile a national and state-by-state report on industry performance. The information is also used by accountants, other restaurants, and analysts in food service to make informed decisions to boost future profitability.
The numbers and information you provide is completely confidential. Half of the report is a pretty straightforward questionnaire. The second half deals with the financial performance of your restaurant in 2008. In return for your participation, you’ll get a free copy of the finished report.
Having reliable, accurate data on how restaurants are performing out there in the trenches is vital to growing the restaurant industry as a whole and improving performance.
